Chief Executive Officer

As CEO, Gordon Hardie's focus is to enhance the performance of the business to benefit customers, employees, investors and other key stakeholders. Before being named O-I's CEO and President on May 15, 2024, Hardie served on the O-I Board for nearly nine years and has a deep understanding of the Company's business, operations and culture. A proven leader with extensive experience in the packaged food and beverage industry, he brings valuable customer perspective from a career that spans more than 35 years. Most recently, he served as President, Food & Ingredients at Bunge Limited, a global agribusiness and food company, where he was responsible for leading the strategic development and global performance of the business.

Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Darrow Abrahams leads O-I’s global legal team and is responsible for overseeing all legal matters for the Company. He also serves as corporate secretary and has responsibility for O-I’s Ethics and Compliance function. Abrahams joined O-I in November 2012 after working as an attorney in Chicago for several years, where he primarily focused on litigation and dispute resolution. He was appointed to his current position in September 2020 after serving as the Company’s Deputy General Counsel.

Senior Vice President and Chief Sales and Marketing Officer

Arnaud Aujouannet leads sales and marketing for O-I. He is focused on enhancing commercial productivity and ensuring delivery of customer value through product innovation, market knowledge, and customer support. He and his team are focused on stabilizing the company’s base business, developing new business, and accelerating the deployment of innovation. Aujouannet joined O-I in June 2015, and served as vice president of sales and marketing in Europe, before being named to his current position in 2017. He has more than 20 years of international and leadership experience within sales, marketing and innovation at companies such as Procter & Gamble (P&G) and Gillette.

Senior Vice President, Chief Administrative & Sustainability Officer

Randy Burns leads the administrative functions and processes in the Company. He is focused on creating efficiency and aligned functional strategies. By driving efficiencies and alignment, he will work to increase process excellence to more efficiently support the short-term and long-term needs and objectives of the business. Burns also leads O-I’s Sustainability and Social Responsibility, Government and Public Affairs, and Corporate Communications that are focused on advocating for glass packaging and elevating the sustainability of O-I and its products. He previously held leadership roles in the Legal department and has over 25 years of experience working at the intersection of business, law, and policy.

Senior Vice President, Business Operations Americas

Giancarlo Currarino leverages his vast experience to lead day-to-day operations across O-I’s business in the Americas. In line with the strategic vision of the company, leveraging O-I's scale and capabilities, and driving collaboration and knowledge-sharing, he is responsible for delivering overall business performance across the company’s operations in this region. Since joining O-I in 2000, Currarino has held a series of strategic roles including Vice President of Global Business Operations, Managing Director for O-I Southeast Europe, and Global Chief Technical Operations & Supply Chain Officer. He has led multiple local, regional, and global manufacturing & engineering teams, as well as the expansion of O-I’s joint venture with Constellation Brands, Industria Vidriera de Coahuila (IVC) in Nava, Mexico – whose business he has been overseeing for O-I ever since – and a $2.15 billion acquisition to O-I, which included five plants in Mexico. 

Chief Human Resources & Technology Officer

James is the Chief Human Resources & Technology Officer for O-I and is a member of the Global Leadership Team. In this role, James leads IT and Digitization functions for O-I along with Human Resources leadership. James began his career with O-I in 2017, following a 17-year career with the Kellogg Company. He holds a degree in Behavioral Sciences (Anthropology & Sociology) from Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia.

Senior Vice President, Business Operations Europe

Emmanuelle Guérin leads day-to-day operations across O-I’s business in Europe. In line with the strategic vision of the company, leveraging O-I's scale and capabilities, and driving collaboration and knowledge-sharing, she is responsible for delivering overall business performance across the company’s operations in this region. A senior global business leader, Guérin joined O-I in 2024 from PPG Industries where she was most recently Vice President, Global Auto Parts and Commercial Vehicles. She brings extensive experience in leading global industrial businesses through change and building high performing teams. Her experience ranges from activating organic growth, enhancing profitability, leading successful mergers & acquisitions, integrating and transforming business operations.

Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Focused on O-I’s strategy, execution, performance management and financial decision making, John Haudrich leads O-I’s financial, information technology, and strategy and integration functions. He has leadership responsibility for maintaining the financial flexibility of the company while also ensuring the company’s strategic initiatives and capital allocation philosophy deliver appropriate shareholder value. Haudrich was named CFO in April 2019. Since joining O-I in 2009, Haudrich has also served as chief strategy and integration officer, vice president of investor relations, vice president of finance and corporate controller, and as acting CFO.

Chief Transformation Officer and President of O-I Europe

Vitaliano Torno is responsible for a holistic organization-wide transformation to deliver and sustain significant improvements in performance and organizational effectiveness. He works closely with senior leadership to build foundational and functional capabilities as well as to develop and implement new strategies and processes that help O-I adapt to the changing marketplace. A 30-year veteran of the glass industry, Torno has extensive experience and insight into the glass business. Before starting his current position, Torno was Senior Vice President, Global Business Operations and President of O-I Europe.
